What are internships?
Internships are a defined progressive
learning experience. They are a great way to gain "real
world" experience for building your resume.
Who should do an internship?
Everyone. Whether it is a requirement
of your degree program or not, everyone should participate in at
least one internship experience prior to graduation.
Internships are a great way to gain experience, and can help you
connect what you are learning in the classroom to the field.
When should I intern?
The best time to start is during your
sophomore year. Many students wait until late into their
junior or senior year. Depending on the intern program
that may be too late.
